Our History
MD Billing Services, LLC was founded in 2002 when one of the clients of MD Consulting (our parent company) had difficulty finding an efficient and effective solution for their medical billing. Now in business for over 20 years our company has grown from that single client to over 50 practices in several states.

MDBS is committed to providing our clients with the highest quality of service while maintaining the utmost level of integrity. Members of our staff maintain RMM and RMC certifications through the Association of Registered Health Care Professionals, and Certified Professional Coder Credentials through the American Academy of Professional Coders. All of our billers and staff receive continuing education to ensure that our clients are fully compliant with the most current practices and methods.
Clients who utilize our services experience increased practice profitability, increased reimbursement, reductions of denial and rejection claims, and reduction in their practice payroll overhead. Our staff gives every claim our best effort for collection. Most claims are submitted in less than 48 hours and are tracked until every collectible dollar is accounted for.
